We want you to have all the details, so you can make an informed decision to work with us. Manager compensation is based on gross rent. Take a look below to find what that means for your rental property.

Short Term Rentals (less than 30 day stays) commission is 20% of gross rent received.
Long Term Rentals (more than 30 days stays) commission is 15% of gross rent received.
