All the information up front

We want you to have all the details, so you can make an informed decision to work with us. Manager compensation is based on gross rent. Take a look below to find what that means for your rental property.

  • Short Term Rentals (less than 30 day stays) commission is 20% of gross rent received.

  • Long Term Rentals (more than 30 days stays) commission is 15% of gross rent received.
