We are Sarah and Nathan Fricke. We’ve been married for 7 years and live in Ludington, Michigan with our children. Nathan owns a carpentry business, Fricke Carpentry, and I (Sarah) have an insurance agency right in town (Farmers Insurance). While we both love what we do, our true passion is real estate. We love flipping houses and developing rental properties that people can truly enjoy! 

Our family loves vacationing together, and this is part of the reason we started Sunset Breaks. With our family of 8, it can be hard to find a hotel that will accommodate all of us affordably! So we wanted to create vacation spots where families and friends can truly stretch out and enjoy their time together! Our biggest goal is for you to have a truly memorable time!
